11 November 2011, I am in Jalgaon,  back to COET college’s hostel. I want to share one good news and one not a good news. First I like to share not a good news i.e. on 9.11.11 I was provisionally detained by our I.T. depatment for late submission of one subject.  I done submission of that subject and everything is fine and OK now.

Now to the good news and the news is that my college motivated students who won inter-college sports and played Zonal level matches by giving their names in a newspaper name “Divya Marathi” on 12.11.11. So, for the first time my name was in news-paper and I am feeling very happy and proud to read my name in newspaper atleast for the first time.

In short for the first time my name came in detained list but it is only a provisional detained list and for the first time my name came in newspaper as a motivation.

Above are the two incident happen with me on/nearby a memorable date 11.11.11.

Knock-out Cup

Third year students of my college organized a hostel cricket tournament. 12 teams participated in the tournament. Knock-out matches was played between two teams, winning team moves further and the loosing team get out of the tournament. My/our team reached final. Final match was played yesterday i.e. on 19 October.

Well, unfortunately we could not win final, but fortunately I was announced as the “Man of the Series.” Very proudly I accepted the man of the series cup.

Blood Donation

Today, Blood Donation camp was conducted at my college “COET, Jalgaon”. I donated blood for the first time in my life. I am feeling very good because I have done some good cause in my life.

Well, blood donation is one of the good source by which we can feel happiness and peace of mind in our life.

Chess

After a long time I manage time and have something to share/post on my blog.

Well, today I won inter-college chess tournament. My college rank on first position and I am selected in top 5 players of district and will represent district in next level.

Top scorers points were 4.5/5.0 and I scored/collected 4.0/5.0.
Our college rank first with points 16.0/20.0.

Looking forward to win and clear the next level/hurdle. Thankful to god for his love and blessings.

Vacation

Exams over in first week of June and vacation started. Am at my home in Kalyan, lot of time is available for rest and enjoying my holidays. Year ago, I was damn nervous before joining the hostel, as for the first time I was going to stay away from my parents and have to stay alone.

After joining the college I had a great time in hostel. I got many new friends, learned to stay alone, discipline and many good things. Life made me stronger and tougher mostly in all aspects, as it is rightly said that “Life is a best teacher.”

I will put light on college/hostel life after completing my degree, now I just spent a year in hostel and still two more years to go. Hostel life is good as well as bad, it depends on a student how he/she enjoys his/her freedom.

I am enjoying hostel life and am fortunate that I get a chance to enjoy hostel life. College will start from second week of July.

Till now had a good college/hostel life and looking forward to make it a favorite pass time or memorable years of my life.

He don’t know his future but he is confident that he will do a wonderful/beautiful work in life and will remain in heart of number of people.

Exam Time

Back home to Mumbai. Having PL’s i.e. preparation leave. Exam is waiting ahead to fight with me. She (exam) is trying to scare me with its tough syllabus. But I decided that I will get in the ring (examination hall) and impressed her and create maximum love in her mind (good marks in exam). She is singing a song “Maar Diya Jaye Ya chood Diya Jaye, Bol Tere Saath Kya Salukh Kiya Jaye?!”. She is asking whether to pass/fail me in exam.

My reply -“Kitne Bhi Tu Kar Le Sitam, Has Haske Sahenge Hum, Yeh Pyaar Na Hoga Kam, Sanam Teri Kasam Ho, Sanam Teri Kasam”  Or

“Kaise bhi tu set karle paper, bhar bharke likhenge hum, mere marks na hoge kam, sanam teri kasam”.

You may set an easy/tough paper but I will give my best in the exams.

Victory

Yes, Indian cricket team finally won the world cup 2011 under Dhoni’s captainship. Awesome match! Speechless and can’t describe my happiness in words.

Congratulations! Dhoni and team India for making us proud by winning WC-2011.

Memorable Match

Yesterday I enjoyed a cricket match played between India and Pakistan. It was a semi-final match and a knockout match. India won the match and step forward to 2011’s Word-Cup final. Now final is between India and Srilanka, which is on 2 April 2011.

I saw the match in hostel. On our floor all room students contributed Rs.100/per 3 students from 1 room. We rented a TV and a connection for semi-final and for final. There was a complete rush of students on third floor. All the students were fully energetic and cheering for India. Claps on every boundary/six and number of bad words can be heard. There was a great unity in that crowd and complete madness for victory.

Worse thing was that there were 1-2 students whose stomach was filled with strong acidic gases and they use to blast a lot of bombs in tensed cricket situation, again lot of bad words can be heard. Then someone arrange a perfume/room-freshner, so whenever a bomb blast a perfume was sprayed in air in front of the air-cooler.

After every wicket of opponent team, student use to stand and start dancing madly. I will always remember this match. There are a lot of small things which I have not mention in this post.

Anyways, India is now in WC-2011’s final and my best wishes are with Indian Cricket Team.

Happy New Year 2011

Wish you all a happy new year 2011. 2010 was a successful year for me and my family. 2010 was an old diary/notepad for me in which I noted many good things and some success stories. Now, I have a new blank diary/notepad 2011 and a burning desire to make it more noteworthy as compared to the previous ones.

New year is again an opportunity for all of us to give our  best in our respected fields,  to make new friends and get into new relationships. New year should be lived by recollecting only good memories of the past.
