Missed an opportunity

On 25 March 2012 Hon. Sau. Pratibhatai Patil Her Excellency, PRESIDENT of INDIA visited our college SSBT’s COET Jalgaon. She met and motivated 54 students out of thousand students for their excellent performance in the academic year 2011-12. I was one among them but I was unaware of the news and I not attain the function.  I missed an opportunity to meet president of India and click a photo with her.

Feeling not so good because missed an opportunity to meet the president of India. Better luck next time.

Prize Day

Today was a prize distribution day in my college for various sports and events. I got three trophies with certificates, all for the same reason i.e. winning various chess competitions and tournaments in the academic year 2011-2012. I am very happy, because first time I got more than one trophy in a prize distribution function.

Annual Sports

This week was a sports week in my college. I participated and played chess from IT-department. I won all five rounds and a final round was against a Chemical department. Final was a very tough match, my opponent was a good player.  But I won the final round and stood 1^st in chess and my department is also on 1^st position in chess for the year 2011-2012.

One more good news, this week there was annual sports in VJTI college too. My little sister Ankita Khot study in that college, she participated and played chess & dodge-ball and she won both of the sports on 1^st position.
