Satyam Shivam Sundaram

Satya means Truth, Shiva means Consciousness (Aatma), Sundaram means Beautiful.

Satyam Shivam Sundaram is a riddle which is resolved for me now by experiencing it within.

Consciousness is the only ultimate truth and resting/experiencing/flowing into it is a very beautiful experience.

Sachitananda - Aatma Swaroop Darshan

Awareness, Breathe, Consciousness, Dushtra Bhaav - Be Shakshi of your thought, don't be that thought.

Be dushtra don't be bhogta.

Thoughts can be observe by being non judgmental towards the thought. Thought will be happy or sad don't grab the feeling just see it like a film running on a cloth in a theater. That cloth is your mind and the seer is you i.e. consciousness which is really very hard to describe in words, it can only be experience.

If you go deeper you understand it is just a thought which has emotion, which drives you and you are being drived under the influence of that thought.

Watch yourself, it's actually you who is watching the thought and know the feeling it will bring, if you became aware of this, you are in dhaan/meditation this state it beginning point of zero state/0/shunna.

If you further go deepened beyond thought it is nothing, if you try to look your consciousness which can be witnessed as light, if you try to hear in calm and silent place you will hear aaauuuuummmm humming like sound, which actually you hear the minute sound in your body like breathing, heart beat, or any other bodily activity where you move your dhaan/attention.

Mind your own business.

Pay attention.

Dhaan se sunn (listen carefully)

etc

When you go deeper you can experience your body then a voice I.e. thought processing which is actually a mind, I am not a body not mind but I am one who is resting and a flowing consciousness which is alter, triggered and driven by thoughts and make me that emotion behind the thought but when I see silent with awareness I can differentiate my physical body, my mind which is continously wandering in past and future with good/sad dreams/memories.

If I further go deeper I can experience conscious can't describe it in words as it can't be see my 5 sense but because of consciousness our 5 senses works. If conscious which can be termed as aatma, leaves a body and the 5 senses are dead.

Mediation / yoga nidra is amazing which can only be experience inside, mine or any other persons experience can't be experience as we have access to 5 sense and this experience is beyond explanation but after experiencing it Bhagwat Geeta become easy to understand as you have already experience it with you.

Bhagwat Geeta is universal it is a guide book, for entire human being to witness his true self, it is your mind who tag it. Again here just see your mind here it will say yes it's my holy book and other mind will say no it is not our religious book, just look your mind while this thought is there on your mind and here the one who can see this thought on mind is actually you your consciousness. Try to be in that or rest your dhaan/attention in consciousness which is yog nidra or meditation.

Mediation can be done sitting and yoga nidra can be done by living on the ground just rest into that consciousness.

Try to go deeper by inhaling and exhaling you will witnessed your breath a become short and you are aware of your consciousness where you can experience it within your Physical body where you can easily differentiate thought I.e. mind and you know what feeling that thought hold you just observe and it vanishes then you are resting in consciousness I.e. zero state where you are in consciousness and here you have 2 option you can permanently rest in that consciousness which is samadhi a happy death (truth of life) or you can back to your normal form.

When you are aware of your consciousness there I no I, you differentiate a physical body, mind (thought and feeling behind that thought) if you remain untouched by mind body, that's you your true form.

Awareness of consciousness is a thoughtless state, where you experience consciousness as smoke or energy more by entering in with every exhale.

When you are aware of your consciousness you can move it over your any physical part of your body or as a witness of thought on mind.

This experience is unique when you are alone and meditate.

Next day when I will go in friends, family or public circle I will be impacted by the energy which they carry by their thought pattern as when I will communicate it will impact my thought pattern and again I will become I/Me.

In Geeta it is said - do your Karma/job without expecting the result of it. So, it is my responsibility to do my duties for the maintenance of me and family member but know atleast aware of the true knowledge, so I can control myself by controlling my mind by just being a drushtra then a bhogta.

May this experience help others on their life journey.

Request to a truly awakened person, like Sadguru (isha foundation) only whom I know and I believe as enlightened to express their view on my experience which I share in this post.

Again here I asked someone to review, which again brought me as me in this materialistic world with emotion of ego(aham bhaav), but still I am aware and can see me which is actually not me.
