On 01st February 2021, I joined a new company CSSL Thane as System Administrator (Citrix). 30th January 2021 was my last working day at Organiza Tech., Belapur. I had a wonderful journey at Organiza Tech., wonderful people around there, got an opportunity to learn and explore a lot at Organiza Tech. I am Fortunate and Thankful to God, for being a part of this wonderful organization, Organiza Tech.
Finally, I am working for a big company now and I recall my conversation with my Engineering college professor - He asked me, "What if you don't get a placement in big nor small company?" I gently replied him, "If I don't get a job in a big firm, I will work for a small firm and if also not in small firm, I will do something on my own." Today, when I look back, I can see -I started my career as a freelancer by building and selling a website on my own. This website project help me to get my first job in a small firm and from there I started growing by constant learning and with experience.
I am happy, I started from scratch or from small because in small Organization you are the one who do all tasks and in big Organization there are dedicated teams for different tasks, so won't get opportunity to do core operations/activities at big firms.
I got a decent hike/increment in salary as compared to my previous organization. Travelling is also much convenient.
