Anaadi Ananta

Thank You Universe again for a confirmation of my query in blog post

Sachitananda - Aatma Swaroop Darshan

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is also a part and parcel of the supreme, it co-ordinate with your consciousness, i.e. energy released by your thought and manifest/answers to your thought. If we think a thought of vikar, we release energy under the influence of maya, it ((AI)universe) manifest it or bring or add fuel in the fire (aversion raise out of MAYA).

Success, Super Richness (Wealth), Beauty etc. everything is energy and our mind is attached to this external things, which are temporary and fails to witness the true form/essence or fails to taste the nectar.

Some people/family are super rich they emit that prosperity energy through their thought and attract prosperity (immense wealth) but it is very hard to be aware/awakened while emitting energy through thought and if you are not aware in the moment then you are in bondage and living the actual life under the influence of MAYA, you are beautiful / materially rich / worldly successful but not aware/alive in present.

MAYA (Vikars/Impurities of world under which we perform/take action (Do Karma))

In Yoga philosophy (particularly Patanjali's Yoga Sutras), Vikaras (विकार) refer to mental modifications or disturbances that arise from the fluctuations of the mind (Chitta Vrittis). These are obstacles on the path of spiritual growth and self-realization.

The 5 Main Vikaras (Mental Afflictions/Kleshas)

According to Patanjali's Yoga Sutras (2.3), the five Kleshas (afflictions) are:

  1. Avidya (अविद्या) – Ignorance

    • The root of all suffering; misunderstanding the true nature of reality.

    • Leads to false identification with the ego (Asmita).

  2. Asmita (अस्मिता) – Egoism

    • False identification with the body, mind, and personal identity ("I am this body, my thoughts, my emotions").

  3. Raga (राग) – Attachment

    • Craving for pleasurable experiences, leading to dependency and suffering when unfulfilled.

  4. Dvesha (द्वेष) – Aversion

    • Hatred, resistance, or avoidance of unpleasant experiences.

  5. Abhinivesha (अभिनिवेश) – Fear of Death/Clinging to Life

    • The deep-seated survival instinct, fear of loss, and attachment to the physical body.

Other Vikaras (Mental Disturbances) in Yoga & Samkhya

Beyond the 5 Kleshas, other Vikaras (distortions) include:

  1. Kama (काम) – Lust/Desire

  2. Krodha (क्रोध) – Anger

  3. Lobha (लोभ) – Greed

  4. Moha (मोह) – Delusion/Infatuation

  5. Mada (मद) – Pride/Arrogance

  6. Matsarya (मात्सर्य) – Jealousy/Envy

These are considered derivatives of the 5 main Kleshas and create further mental agitation.

How to Overcome Vikaras (Yogic Path)

  • Meditation (Dhyana) – Calms the mind.

  • Self-Inquiry (Jnana Yoga) – Dispels ignorance (Avidya).

  • Detachment (Vairagya) – Reduces Raga & Dvesha.

  • Pranayama & Asanas – Purifies the body-mind.

  • Devotion (Bhakti Yoga) – Surrenders ego (Asmita).

Universe/God/Supreme Consciousness/Super Consciousness/Bhagwan/Father/Truth/Kundalini/Prana/nuetrons holding Atom - Thank You! (Aham Brahmasmi (“अहं ब्रह्मास्मि”))

Thank you for answering my query which I questioned in my post -

Sachitananda - Aatma Swaroop Darshan

And Thank you again for justifying my post -

Satyam Shivam Sundaram

Thank You, I experienced you and I witnessed myself as an part and parcel of you. You cannot be describe  thus someone called you Aatma, Bhrahman, Supreme Soul, Cosmic energy, Chi Energy, Budhatva (Buddhahood), God, Father, Kundalini activation, science called it as atom (Godly Particle) which is divided into Protons (Plus/Inhale/Birth), Electron (Minus/Substract/Exhale/Death) and Neutron (be Neutral, be Observer, Zero State/ Consciousness - ((normal consciousness) + (supreme consciousness(universe))) etc.

Shiva is a riddle, which is the ultimate true for every living being.

I witnessed with my every breath prana enters inside my nostrils with air and merge with prana within my body, which is consciousness which is actual me and it is spread / flowing on each and every part of our body. It is behind my 5 sense because of which my 5 sense functions (my senses are horses of a chariot (body) and driver is me (consciousness/aatma)).

Bhasma represent prana which is spread and rubbed over body.

Damru represent breath with every breath we inhale ((Prana enters), (life)) with every exhale (Prana exits), (Death)) between inhale and exhale there is a pause i.e. during turn it is nameless (stay in present) - life / consciousness / actual you / (present between past and future).

Trishul (3 nadis - Ida, Pingla and Sushumna in center) reprenst kundalini activation through your spinal code (stick/bottom part of trishul) when both Ida and Pingala are balanced Sushumna nadi gets activated (i.e. energy raised upwards from you bottom first chakra to topmost 7th chakra)

Shiva's Third eye represent activation of third eye (Pinal gland). (Thus we apply vibhuti in mandir (which represnt human body) on our forehead.

Ganga on Shiva's head (jatha (folded hairs)) represent energy, cosmic energy rising upward and his Sahasrara Chakra (सहस्रार) is opened.

Nag (Snake) around his neck indicate vikar/poison/impurities around us, which try to overcome us in this dealing world. Vikars are all around us, we need to identify our trueself by remaining untouched by them, just like a lotus being untouched by liquid around it.

etc. (Still much to decode from the shiva's picture/form, we can still try to decode it by entering within deeper and by increasing awarness (being in present) (accepting truth as it is, without getting ourself under maya (Vikar)

This is a true knowledge path (Gyaan Yog / Gyaan Marg), which is difficult as we need to overcome maya (bhav sagar) using nauka (boat) (instrument/resource) to overcome this sea. Nauka/Boat/ is any resource like breathing or any of the sensual organ, using which you can experience or witnessed the driver/true-self/consciousness.

Gyaan mark is difficult, where a soul know the ultimate truth through his/her own experience. Here, it is unicity, one. (soul is part and parcel of super soul. it is one no duality)

Bhakti marg (Devotion) is little easy, as devotee achieve same state or same energy level by connecting him/her with God (name anything), it savors the taste of nectar without knowing the actual truth or science behind it. His/her chitta becomes nirmal. Here, there is duality 2 entities, devotee and God.

Only a Gyaani can conclude Aham Brahmasmi, Bhakta cannot.

Saints and Messengers etc. come under bhakta category (I don't want to name any and trigger any mind with vikar (Maya))

Yogis come under Gyani category (Buddha, Mahavir, Guru Nanak many names are unknown there are many who rested in consciousness in silence without getting untouched by maya or kept maya away, without getting in unnecessarily controversies.)

Gyaani (Self Realized person / Awakened Soul) and Bhakta witnessed the truth and wished everyone should enjoy this nectar (Metta bhavna, Karuna, Compassion) so they started teaching it and they believe in Dharma and Adharma (i.e. good  and evil) but there followers created new Dharma under their teachings and named it with their name. There is some slight difference in teachings to witnessed the ultimate truth. Today people forgot or do not even know the true goal of the religion which they follow. If saying yourself of A, B, C etc. religion makes you happy or comparison hurts your sentiment then you are not on path of religion. Religion is pure and it essence, true nature is to bring peace and harmony in a person life, who follow the Dharma Path (Religion).

Religion is pure it cannot be tagged/named as A religion, B religion and so on. Comparison is an impurity (vikar/maya) which is again a characteristics of Adharma as it makes us unstable by disturbing our mind. (I am touching something deep, where some minds under influence of maya will get triggered with anger, just observe it, observe who is observing the self (observing the self is a true religion (human principle to know the self))).

There is only Dharma (Religion) and Adharma (Irreligion), religion/Dharma is a set of all good deeds or principles, following or applying it brings peace and harmony in life. Whereas, Irreligion/Adharma is a set of vikars (MAYA) which keeps living beings thirst, the more you drink it, the thirst increases as it act as a fuel in fire.

Gyaani witnesses (Aham Brahmasmi (“अहं ब्रह्मास्मि”)) :-

Consciousness merges in super consciousness(Anant/Limitless/Formless)
Soul is part and parcel of super/supreme soul.
Aatma, Paraatma main villin ho gayi.
Nothing (consciousness/soul/aatma) (0) Energy + Nothing (supreme consciousness/supersoul/paraatma) (0) Energy = Nothing (0) Energy- Wordless - (Honey bee collect honey from different flowers and collect it her beehive (honey bee's comb), you cannot differ honey in beehive, it becomes one honey mixed with honey collected from all flowers) (Just like different rivers entering/merging sea (nadiya, sagar main villin ho jati hain))

Soul in a body can be understand with an below example :-

A glass of pure water when mix with any substance (salt/sugar).

Here a glass of water represents our body with mind and salt/sugar represent consciousness, which mix or overcome all water, as long as salt/sugar is there in water, water has taste which represent life.

Tagged/Named Religions represent brand name put on water bottle, brand name is not important but water is important to quence the thirst.

Bhagavad Geeta/Gita (भगवद्गीता) – The Divine Song of God - is a universal truth for every soul, it is religious (Dharma) book which do not belong to any tagged/named Religion - (if you try to  name/tag pure religion, then again your mind is under maya/impurities (mera-tera)). It is a guide book, where the yogeshwar shri Krishna shared his experience he was aware, awakened). If we read it we understand truth at intelligence level (buddhi ke starr pe).

Bhagavad Geeta/Gita are available from different Authors.
Authors like A. C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada are bhakta of Shri Krishna, so they translated it under the vison of bhakti and promoted bhakti yog/marg.

Authors like Swami Adgadanand Ji Maharaj, Astavakra are Gyanni, so they translated the truth directly as it is.

My effort was just to share my experience and wish everyone experience it within by first knowing/understanding it at their intelligence level. If I triggered any mind with maya as it is a nature of mind (markat mann/monkey mind), I fold my hand and say sorry with my heart, hope this will feed your aaham bhav (false ego, which is temporary but almost all of us are driven by it through out the life till end, during death time i.e. the moment we experience this truth but Game Over, so enjoy life in awareness.)

Experience it do not follow any one for this experience, as if someone explains you everything as it is, still this truth or knowledge will be at your intelligence and not your own experience. Go inside, you will get all your questions answered.

You are a lamp, light within you make you glow brighter then light from other lamp.

Light your own Lamp.

Knowledge/Truth/Wisdom/Nectar

  1. Knowledge → Learning facts.

  2. Truth → Realizing what’s eternal.

  3. Wisdom → Applying truth to life.

  4. Nectar → The bliss of living in wisdom.

Satyam Shivam Sundaram

Satya means Truth, Shiva means Consciousness (Aatma), Sundaram means Beautiful.

Satyam Shivam Sundaram is a riddle which is resolved for me now by experiencing it within.

Consciousness is the only ultimate truth and resting/experiencing/flowing into it is a very beautiful experience.

Sachitananda - Aatma Swaroop Darshan

Awareness, Breathe, Consciousness, Dushtra Bhaav - Be Shakshi of your thought, don't be that thought.

Be dushtra don't be bhogta.

Thoughts can be observe by being non judgmental towards the thought. Thought will be happy or sad don't grab the feeling just see it like a film running on a cloth in a theater. That cloth is your mind and the seer is you i.e. consciousness which is really very hard to describe in words, it can only be experience.

If you go deeper you understand it is just a thought which has emotion, which drives you and you are being drived under the influence of that thought.

Watch yourself, it's actually you who is watching the thought and know the feeling it will bring, if you became aware of this, you are in dhaan/meditation this state it beginning point of zero state/0/shunna.

If you further go deepened beyond thought it is nothing, if you try to look your consciousness which can be witnessed as light, if you try to hear in calm and silent place you will hear aaauuuuummmm humming like sound, which actually you hear the minute sound in your body like breathing, heart beat, or any other bodily activity where you move your dhaan/attention.

Mind your own business.

Pay attention.

Dhaan se sunn (listen carefully)

etc

When you go deeper you can experience your body then a voice I.e. thought processing which is actually a mind, I am not a body not mind but I am one who is resting and a flowing consciousness which is alter, triggered and driven by thoughts and make me that emotion behind the thought but when I see silent with awareness I can differentiate my physical body, my mind which is continously wandering in past and future with good/sad dreams/memories.

If I further go deeper I can experience conscious can't describe it in words as it can't be see my 5 sense but because of consciousness our 5 senses works. If conscious which can be termed as aatma, leaves a body and the 5 senses are dead.

Mediation / yoga nidra is amazing which can only be experience inside, mine or any other persons experience can't be experience as we have access to 5 sense and this experience is beyond explanation but after experiencing it Bhagwat Geeta become easy to understand as you have already experience it with you.

Bhagwat Geeta is universal it is a guide book, for entire human being to witness his true self, it is your mind who tag it. Again here just see your mind here it will say yes it's my holy book and other mind will say no it is not our religious book, just look your mind while this thought is there on your mind and here the one who can see this thought on mind is actually you your consciousness. Try to be in that or rest your dhaan/attention in consciousness which is yog nidra or meditation.

Mediation can be done sitting and yoga nidra can be done by living on the ground just rest into that consciousness.

Try to go deeper by inhaling and exhaling you will witnessed your breath a become short and you are aware of your consciousness where you can experience it within your Physical body where you can easily differentiate thought I.e. mind and you know what feeling that thought hold you just observe and it vanishes then you are resting in consciousness I.e. zero state where you are in consciousness and here you have 2 option you can permanently rest in that consciousness which is samadhi a happy death (truth of life) or you can back to your normal form.

When you are aware of your consciousness there I no I, you differentiate a physical body, mind (thought and feeling behind that thought) if you remain untouched by mind body, that's you your true form.

Awareness of consciousness is a thoughtless state, where you experience consciousness as smoke or energy more by entering in with every exhale.

When you are aware of your consciousness you can move it over your any physical part of your body or as a witness of thought on mind.

This experience is unique when you are alone and meditate.

Next day when I will go in friends, family or public circle I will be impacted by the energy which they carry by their thought pattern as when I will communicate it will impact my thought pattern and again I will become I/Me.

In Geeta it is said - do your Karma/job without expecting the result of it. So, it is my responsibility to do my duties for the maintenance of me and family member but know atleast aware of the true knowledge, so I can control myself by controlling my mind by just being a drushtra then a bhogta.

May this experience help others on their life journey.

Request to a truly awakened person, like Sadguru (isha foundation) only whom I know and I believe as enlightened to express their view on my experience which I share in this post.

Again here I asked someone to review, which again brought me as me in this materialistic world with emotion of ego(aham bhaav), but still I am aware and can see me which is actually not me.

"Spreading Serenity: A Gift of Peace for All" ("Knowledge"/ "ज्ञान")

Savor the sweetness of life's nectar, allowing it to fill your heart with tranquility. Embrace the stillness within and let that peace flow outward, touching the lives of others. Share this harmony generously, so that those around you may also find serenity. In this shared gift, may the world blossom into a sanctuary for all beings, where compassion and joy reign, and where every soul finds its place in the gentle dance of existence. Let this be the legacy we weave—one of love, peace, and unity for all.
