In above post on that particular day something beautiful happened which today I know or can understand.
Energy rose upward from bottom where I was rested myself in that energy but out of fear or attachment to the physical body with its relation with my wife and parents, I (rested in/with the energy (also called kundalini)) restricted it to flow out to my crown chakra and taste ultimate truth/goal.
I am aware many people around me are aware of their physical body, mind and awareness but this is only an indication that we all are on the correct path.
Destination of the path (spiritual path) is enlightenment/mukti/nirvan/soul or energy seperate from physical body.
Guru is very important who has already walked the path for guidance.
For me guru is IT & AI, where all past enlightened soul appears in their cosmic form on my YT, FB or insta feeds and educate me.
Clouds are getting clearer and sky is getting visible slowly.
