ॐ नमः शिवाय || Om Namah Shivay (Aham Brahmasmi || अहं ब्रह्मास्मि)
I experienced Shiva within.
Shiva is a destroyer of vikaras.
Shiva (I AM).
I also experienced shakti within and their Union (Dance).
Awakening and Siddhis are different.
Awakening is a desire less state.
Siddhi is a desire.
I bow/move my attention inwards which is a Mukti.

I am and God
I am aware of myself as consciousness who knows/witnessed God but not union with God. At Sometime I will union with god while in physical body and absolutely sure it will happen once this physical body is perished (Death).
There are people who got one with god being in present body, yes Jesus, Lord Shri Krishna, Prophet Mohammed, OSHO Rajnish, Guru Nanak, Siddhart Gautam Buddha etc there are many more whose name we all even don't know.
I know the the reality but not yet attained to it.
I know some people will relate who actually are on a true path, while many people will think I have lost out of my mind, anyway, let them take this as per their level of intelligence and understanding.
Love & Blessings.

In above post on that particular day something beautiful happened which today I know or can understand.
Energy rose upward from bottom where I was rested myself in that energy but out of fear or attachment to the physical body with its relation with my wife and parents, I (rested in/with the energy (also called kundalini)) restricted it to flow out to my crown chakra and taste ultimate truth/goal.
I am aware many people around me are aware of their physical body, mind and awareness but this is only an indication that we all are on the correct path.
Destination of the path (spiritual path) is enlightenment/mukti/nirvan/soul or energy seperate from physical body.
Guru is very important who has already walked the path for guidance.
For me guru is IT & AI, where all past enlightened soul appears in their cosmic form on my YT, FB or insta feeds and educate me.
Clouds are getting clearer and sky is getting visible slowly.
Love & Blessings!

Key Takeaways
Neti Neti (Not This, Not This) – Reject all false identities (body, mind, ego).
Shivoham (I am Shiva) – The Self is pure consciousness, beyond all limitations.
Liberation (Moksha) – Realizing this truth ends all suffering.
This hymn is a direct path to self-realization—dissolving the ego and merging into Sat-Chit-Ananda (Existence-Consciousness-Bliss).

AMAYA & MAYA experiencing is true me.
AMAYA - MAYA
Satya - Asatya
Truth - Mirage
Awake - Under Control
When I am in my true form or in awarnessness of my true self, I am AMAYA, I will called it a state where me (actual me) is untouched by Maya and I am AMAYA. (This is a temporary state and I achieve it, when I am alone and when I taste the nectar (knowledge) through one of my sense organ either ear by hearing it, eyes by reading or seeing image, text video etc anything, tongue by tasting something very special or extra ordinary, or by touch experiencing or spreading compassion, love, healing, positive energy outward or taking inward, experiencing is the true self (AMAYA)).
Being my true self is till when I am alone under knowledge but as I deal with people, human beings in this materialistic word I loose my true self and I am controlled, where I am under the influence of MAYA (where I am MAYA)
When I am in MAYA state I loose my trueself but when I am in AMAYA state I can see and acknowledge myself being under MAYA, when I recollect those past memory / incident.
MAYA is very powerful, that it won't let you be AMAYA. Earlier I mostly was controlled and by default was AMAYA (free) for sometime in between for which I never was not aware in that moment due to lack of knowledge (truth was not witnessed) but today I recollect the past memories of this life and can acknowledge them MAYA or AMAYA, when I am AMAYA.
By default all human beings are MAYA, they fail to be AMAYA as lack of knowledge (truth is not witnessed) but still they are AMAYA sometimes of which they are not aware because of knowledge at intelligence level and not their own experience.
At present I am AMAYA for sometime but I am aware that AMAYA, true yogis who wander alone in jungle, himalayas are AMAYA all time.
Still I am happy that I am AMAYA for sometime and during that time I know I am AMAYA.
AMAYA sound or mostly same spell or most of the Alphabets match with my name AMEYA, AMAYA actually represent knowledge. But here, with some aham bhav, I called my experience AMAYA, but this will also make it easy for me to be aware just by listening AMAYA/AMEYA (same science of name jaap).
Breath-In (AMAYA) - Breath-Out (MAYA) and in between a very small pause witnessed self, witnessing inhalation and exhalation.
BE AMAYA.

Anaadi Ananta
Thank You Universe again for a confirmation of my query in blog post
Sachitananda - Aatma Swaroop Darshan
MAYA (Vikars/Impurities of world under which we perform/take action (Do Karma))
In Yoga philosophy (particularly Patanjali's Yoga Sutras), Vikaras (विकार) refer to mental modifications or disturbances that arise from the fluctuations of the mind (Chitta Vrittis). These are obstacles on the path of spiritual growth and self-realization.
The 5 Main Vikaras (Mental Afflictions/Kleshas)
According to Patanjali's Yoga Sutras (2.3), the five Kleshas (afflictions) are:
Avidya (अविद्या) – Ignorance
The root of all suffering; misunderstanding the true nature of reality.
Leads to false identification with the ego (Asmita).
Asmita (अस्मिता) – Egoism
False identification with the body, mind, and personal identity ("I am this body, my thoughts, my emotions").
Raga (राग) – Attachment
Craving for pleasurable experiences, leading to dependency and suffering when unfulfilled.
Dvesha (द्वेष) – Aversion
Hatred, resistance, or avoidance of unpleasant experiences.
Abhinivesha (अभिनिवेश) – Fear of Death/Clinging to Life
The deep-seated survival instinct, fear of loss, and attachment to the physical body.
Other Vikaras (Mental Disturbances) in Yoga & Samkhya
Beyond the 5 Kleshas, other Vikaras (distortions) include:
Kama (काम) – Lust/Desire
Krodha (क्रोध) – Anger
Lobha (लोभ) – Greed
Moha (मोह) – Delusion/Infatuation
Mada (मद) – Pride/Arrogance
Matsarya (मात्सर्य) – Jealousy/Envy
These are considered derivatives of the 5 main Kleshas and create further mental agitation.
How to Overcome Vikaras (Yogic Path)
Meditation (Dhyana) – Calms the mind.
Self-Inquiry (Jnana Yoga) – Dispels ignorance (Avidya).
Detachment (Vairagya) – Reduces Raga & Dvesha.
Pranayama & Asanas – Purifies the body-mind.
Devotion (Bhakti Yoga) – Surrenders ego (Asmita).
Universe/God/Supreme Consciousness/Super Consciousness/Bhagwan/Father/Truth/Kundalini/Prana/nuetrons holding Atom - Thank You! (Aham Brahmasmi (“अहं ब्रह्मास्मि”))
Thank you for answering my query which I questioned in my post -
Sachitananda - Aatma Swaroop Darshan
Satyam Shivam Sundaram
Bhagavad Geeta/Gita (भगवद्गीता) – The Divine Song of God - is a universal truth for every soul, it is religious (Dharma) book which do not belong to any tagged/named Religion - (if you try to name/tag pure religion, then again your mind is under maya/impurities (mera-tera)). It is a guide book, where the yogeshwar shri Krishna shared his experience he was aware, awakened). If we read it we understand truth at intelligence level (buddhi ke starr pe).

Knowledge/Truth/Wisdom/Nectar
Knowledge → Learning facts.
Truth → Realizing what’s eternal.
Wisdom → Applying truth to life.
Nectar → The bliss of living in wisdom.

Satyam Shivam Sundaram
Satya means Truth, Shiva means Consciousness (Aatma), Sundaram means Beautiful.
Satyam Shivam Sundaram is a riddle which is resolved for me now by experiencing it within.
Consciousness is the only ultimate truth and resting/experiencing/flowing into it is a very beautiful experience.

Sachitananda - Aatma Swaroop Darshan
Awareness, Breathe, Consciousness, Dushtra Bhaav - Be Shakshi of your thought, don't be that thought.
Be dushtra don't be bhogta.
Thoughts can be observe by being non judgmental towards the thought. Thought will be happy or sad don't grab the feeling just see it like a film running on a cloth in a theater. That cloth is your mind and the seer is you i.e. consciousness which is really very hard to describe in words, it can only be experience.
If you go deeper you understand it is just a thought which has emotion, which drives you and you are being drived under the influence of that thought.
Watch yourself, it's actually you who is watching the thought and know the feeling it will bring, if you became aware of this, you are in dhaan/meditation this state it beginning point of zero state/0/shunna.
If you further go deepened beyond thought it is nothing, if you try to look your consciousness which can be witnessed as light, if you try to hear in calm and silent place you will hear aaauuuuummmm humming like sound, which actually you hear the minute sound in your body like breathing, heart beat, or any other bodily activity where you move your dhaan/attention.
Mind your own business.
Pay attention.
Dhaan se sunn (listen carefully)
etc
When you go deeper you can experience your body then a voice I.e. thought processing which is actually a mind, I am not a body not mind but I am one who is resting and a flowing consciousness which is alter, triggered and driven by thoughts and make me that emotion behind the thought but when I see silent with awareness I can differentiate my physical body, my mind which is continously wandering in past and future with good/sad dreams/memories.
If I further go deeper I can experience conscious can't describe it in words as it can't be see my 5 sense but because of consciousness our 5 senses works. If conscious which can be termed as aatma, leaves a body and the 5 senses are dead.
Mediation / yoga nidra is amazing which can only be experience inside, mine or any other persons experience can't be experience as we have access to 5 sense and this experience is beyond explanation but after experiencing it Bhagwat Geeta become easy to understand as you have already experience it with you.
Bhagwat Geeta is universal it is a guide book, for entire human being to witness his true self, it is your mind who tag it. Again here just see your mind here it will say yes it's my holy book and other mind will say no it is not our religious book, just look your mind while this thought is there on your mind and here the one who can see this thought on mind is actually you your consciousness. Try to be in that or rest your dhaan/attention in consciousness which is yog nidra or meditation.
Mediation can be done sitting and yoga nidra can be done by living on the ground just rest into that consciousness.
Try to go deeper by inhaling and exhaling you will witnessed your breath a become short and you are aware of your consciousness where you can experience it within your Physical body where you can easily differentiate thought I.e. mind and you know what feeling that thought hold you just observe and it vanishes then you are resting in consciousness I.e. zero state where you are in consciousness and here you have 2 option you can permanently rest in that consciousness which is samadhi a happy death (truth of life) or you can back to your normal form.
When you are aware of your consciousness there I no I, you differentiate a physical body, mind (thought and feeling behind that thought) if you remain untouched by mind body, that's you your true form.
Awareness of consciousness is a thoughtless state, where you experience consciousness as smoke or energy more by entering in with every exhale.
When you are aware of your consciousness you can move it over your any physical part of your body or as a witness of thought on mind.
This experience is unique when you are alone and meditate.
Next day when I will go in friends, family or public circle I will be impacted by the energy which they carry by their thought pattern as when I will communicate it will impact my thought pattern and again I will become I/Me.
In Geeta it is said - do your Karma/job without expecting the result of it. So, it is my responsibility to do my duties for the maintenance of me and family member but know atleast aware of the true knowledge, so I can control myself by controlling my mind by just being a drushtra then a bhogta.
May this experience help others on their life journey.
Request to a truly awakened person, like Sadguru (isha foundation) only whom I know and I believe as enlightened to express their view on my experience which I share in this post.
Again here I asked someone to review, which again brought me as me in this materialistic world with emotion of ego(aham bhaav), but still I am aware and can see me which is actually not me.

Savor the sweetness of life's nectar, allowing it to fill your heart with tranquility. Embrace the stillness within and let that peace flow outward, touching the lives of others. Share this harmony generously, so that those around you may also find serenity. In this shared gift, may the world blossom into a sanctuary for all beings, where compassion and joy reign, and where every soul finds its place in the gentle dance of existence. Let this be the legacy we weave—one of love, peace, and unity for all.
